The Brief
Lantmännen Unibake, a global bakery brand, entrusted WaveCrest with planning and executing their annual two-day conference, "One World of Opportunity" (OWOO). This event brought together 200 attendees from 20 different countries. It wasn't just a conference; it was an immersive experience designed to celebrate the company's global reach and embody the spirit of "Winning Together."
The event itself unfolded in two distinct parts:
Day One - Inspiring Collaboration: The first day offered a dynamic conference setting. Attendees engaged with industry speakers, participated in insightful workshops, and enjoyed other interactive activities that fostered a collaborative spirit. In the evening, the space seamlessly transformed into an elegant gala dinner venue and award show followed by a lively after-party.
Day Two - Interactive Expo: The second day transitioned into an expo-style atmosphere. Attendees had the opportunity to explore informative and engaging presentations on various services and products, all conveniently presented in a user-friendly format.
Given this unique format, Lantmännen Unibake sought a partner who could create a cohesive and impactful experience across both days. WaveCrest stepped in to deliver exactly that.
Visual Branding: WaveCrest incorporated the football theme into the event's visual identity, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the entire experience. They designed stage sets, backdrops, and signage that evoked a sense of ambition and teamwork. WaveCrest also used football-inspired colors and patterns throughout the venue, extending the theme to every touchpoint. WaveCrest even went a step further, supporting the speakers in tailoring their presentations to visually align with the theme. This commitment to detail resulted in a truly memorable experience for the attendees.
Engaging Participant Journey: WaveCrest meticulously planned the entire event flow, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees. This included crafting conference sessions, breakout rooms with interactive elements aligned with key messages, and an award gala dinner and after party with entertainment.
Holistic Event Management: WaveCrest's role extended far beyond design and planning.We provided logistical support, managed on-site execution, and ensured every detail was addressed flawlessly. This included speaker introductions, managing music effects, and transforming the venue for the after-party.
